includes doing the same to make sure that the development of NASA’s Orion spacecraft and Space Launch System are moving forward and meeting deadlines.
It includes making visible progress on modernizing ground systems at Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral to support both NASA and private space missions.
And it includes getting the most out of the $100 billion or so invested in building a space station that’s now home to six human beings and too much scientific potential to squander.
