Possible/ likely NO MANNED Capability until 2025 !!

A no brainer! Our people in Congress, NASA placed in museum after the USA spent years & billions to develop. Compounding the mess, they will not consider the operational X37B ,Boeing X37C proposal as a shuttle replacement. No, they go back to obsolete capsules re: pic of Soyuz landing!

  Bobby Martin An capsule has not been manned rated--- takes considerable time normally--- been 2011 since last shuttle, manned test not scheduled, with bound to occur failures , maybe 2021 or 2023 before first manned flight IF Congress keeps funding --- they may not--- maybe 2025 to 2030 for operational capsule!
