Bobby Martin Look at what he is doing across the board to USA security. There are many areas where he is reducing our capability across the various branches of the military services. I do not believe he wants a preeminent America . The shuttle was an example of our technological preeminence & he wanted it eliminated. The Russians admitted they were shocked by the termination. Many American experts have stated it was the most capable vehicle ever built. It can be improved. Nelson on nasaproblems.com has an excellent plan, it implements much of what Al Richardson discussed in The Case to Save the Shuttle. The termination is a tragic waste of funds, jobs, development of technology , placing ISS, Hubble in danger & eventually the security of the USA .
