The Shuttle fit comfortably within a NASA annual budget of 1% or less of the nation’s budget for 40 years and enabled additional steps in the evolution of manned spaceflight. Hubble and Space Station are two examples of the evolution during this period.

We can operate the shuttle like this---critical to national security---our leaders leave a lot to be desired. Some day we will pay. As you noticed when you read Thompson' s papers, both bush and Obama space leaders leave lots to be desired. Why will they not pay attention to kraft, Krantz, abbey, aldrin , Jeffs, etc.? It is so disgusting. Even the Russians think we are stupid for putting shuttle in museum. Of course, so does Thompson and most of the former SPM's.

We have got to get public attention on this mess, we need media attention to do this, IT IS UP to YOU.
