Send them home. Why should the taxpayer have to pay for their needs. The law is the law. When Congress changes it, comply with it.
That is simple enough for the dumbest of the dumb, even BHO can understand it.
Also, stop practice of bringing illegals over to USA to have babies so their babies will be USA citizens.
