Joe stated bho declared war against oil ( carbon based fuels). Additionally he (bho) has spent several 100 billion on green energy that has amounted to essentially nothing. Got 60 dollar oil in ND and 120 oil on east coast, no way to get it there.
East coast drilling stopped cold.
Pipeline stopped.
Electric cars need coal.
Gulf drilling stopped cold.
Sent money to brazil to help them drilling gulf
China drilling off cuba.
