S. Williams is a little misguided, saying we want to get out of transporting Astrounats to EO since we have done that before. The USA has at least two areas of interest, EO & exploration. Within the EO area we are very concerned with national security of the USA which require that we maintain capabilities in EO. The USA will expore & maintain military control of EO or the USA will not survive!
