It is utterly insane for this government not to use the x37b as covered by the Boeing proposal. Either DOD or NASA should implement this proposal immediately . Space x or Dreamchaser are not comparable in anyway!!!! It is UNBELIEVABLE that we are in this TERRIBLE situation---having to pay 70 million for ride!!!
