This great country as a minimum should have a shuttle capability & a multi-faceted moon effort!
Our leaders in congress & WH have severely damaged the USA in space and many other areas. The new shuttle should be capable of manned/unmanned (automated) operations.
Those who contend that we can't have both moon & shuttle are in error.
