One of the most obvious questions re: Space Capability -- Why not Restart Shuttle?

Seems very obvious, since we have hardware, the facilities, the knowledge of system and we need the capability to manage assets in orbit. Additionally, for national security the USA needs to maintain the on orbit capabilities with MMU, RMS, Eva , airlock. Former NASA mod engineer has a plan covered at nasaproblems.com that most NASA experts agree with. No coverage has been given by any media as far as I can determine. Citizens of USA, this is very serious issue and requires your attention. Please take action.
