Reality Check!! Development of Manned Rated Launch Vehicles-- DIFFICULT-- REQUIRES ADEQUATE FUNDING which private efforts DO NOT Have!!

Look at history of Apollo, Mercury, Shuttle development & problems / Expenditures.
The USA made a BIG mistake by retiring shuttle, after we solved many of the early problems.

In order for the USA to be a space power, massive gov. Funded effort must be implemented.
Otherwise, we will fall further behind Russia & China. We must restart shuttle, or implement X37C proposal until we get a shuttle replacement!!
THIS is Critical for USA security!!
