Restart shuttle , or get new one going. It Is THAT Simple!!!!
Look at history of manned space flight, commercial is inadequately funded to accomplish the task! Shuttle like capability is required with other ancillary capabilities such as RMS, large p/l bay, airlocks & runway capability. Present commercial capsules have none of this & are ocean landers!
WE NEED the Capability NOW--- Further delays puts USA in great danger!!!
