Sign of times. Last week, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals did the unthinkable.
It allowed a school to ban the American flag because anti-American bullies threatened violence.
When it made this decision, it undermined generations of free speech case law.
At the ACLJ, we are taking action. We are filing a critical amicus brief to the Supreme Court, asking them to review this decision and to protect the First Amendment.
