We need to Restart Shuttle and put the team back to work. America can afford to use & improve the shuttle. Hubble, ISS need the shuttle. It has many unique capabilities. New design are not the proper concept as the shuttle concept, and are expendable not reusable . USA expended hundreds of billions on shuttle and is pursuing wrong design for new designs. As Aldrin said in his paper use & evolve shuttle. Stay with shuttle concept. Get the orbiters out of museum, they are Symbol of American---Restart Shuttle.
