Appears flying Shuttle should be a Priority

Bolden response to Krauthammer --Could Return to Moon if a priority
Then it follows the we could continue to fly Shuttle if it were a priority!!

Putting ISS in danger, operating below planned levels, not conducting certain operations, leaving Hubble with no servicing capability, paying Russians 100 million a year, enduring dangerous parachute LANDINGS, placing astronauts in vehicle that doesn't meet NASA manned rating requirements, considering this, would appear THERE IS A PRIORITY for keeping shuttle flying.

Also, flying Astronauts on cots vehicles developed on shoe-string budget.
