The S.P.Korolev Rocket and Space Corporation Energia continues development work on the Node Module (NM) for the Russian Segment of the International Space Station (ISS).

A full-scale NM mockup for dynamic and static tests has been built. It has been used to complete work on the static tests of the module, and the first stage of dynamic testing, the hull life tests are drawing to a close.

A mockup of the module-spacecraft Progress M-NM (NM is to be delivered to the ISS as a part of that specialized spacecraft) has been used to complete tests of the spacecraft instrumentation and propulsion compartment separation from the module after its docking with the ISS RS.

Work has started on assembling the flight model of the Node Module. The launch of the module-spacecraft Progress M-NM carrying this module is scheduled for 2014.
