Shuttle Termination --- Where is the Logic?

The USA spent 30 years developing, improving, & refining an excellent capability with shuttle, includes large payload, runway lander, MMU, RMS , EVA. Over 100 billion expended. The shuttle can be further improved by automating and implementing improvements delineated on nasaproblems.com. By terminating shuttle we can not accomplish the following: 1. Get men to ISS without paying russians .5 billion per year to ride on an inferior capsule . 2 . Can not maintain Hubble , which must be maintain. 3. Cannot adequately maintain ISS. In event of certain ISS failures, without shuttle it will be de-orbited. 4. Developing expendable vehicles vs. Reuseable vehicles--wrong approach. 5. Maintain military superiority in space which is critical to USA security.
