Replace The Gas Hike Trio
Where does President Obama stand on energy? As a candidate, he said prices should be higher. He even said he would make them "skyrocket." Unfortunately, this is one promise the President has delivered on.
When he got to the White House, he gave control of American energy policy to three regulators who want to make energy more expensive for American families: Secretary of Energy Steven Chu, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar, and EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson. Mitt calls them the Gas Hike Trio.
Thanks to this trio, gas prices have doubled on President Obama's watch. Oil production on federal land is plummeting. Power plants are being shut down, and electricity prices are shooting up.
