Response to Kelley /Floridatoday--- "NASA swagger"

The USA needs the shuttle capabilities today. Cc will not do it. Musk, Bezos, Branson should be given the money to get job done. Present leadership in NASA congress, WH, not good enough. Kelly correct on present & past NASA leadership. Garver was an arts major, give me a break. The present approach will not get shuttle capabilities back we desperately need. The shuttle should not be in a damned museum.! The USA space capabilities are in museum with no hope of regaining what we had in 2011.
