Look at this proposal, consider what we need & are paying Russia , consider Abbey, Aldrin, Armstrong, Thompson, Buzzard, Kraft, Deans,& on & on , their recommendations---DON'T GO BACK TO CAPSULES---, I must be missing something -- why are we GOING back to CAPSULES???
