Good comment on my 2 cents.

I am forwarding a email from Al Richardson the author of The Case to Save the Shuttle, he is a former RI engineer who chaired the Shuttle Advisory Team.  He is thrilled Don Nelson is trying to get support for the Commercial Shuttle as covered on his site nasaproblems.com.  Don is a retired Mission Operations Directorate engineer at JSC.  

I wish your management would run a 15 minute special on Commercial Shuttle covering the following points:
1.  Loss of critical to USA capability we developed over 30 years and a cost of hundreds of billions.
2.  Present NASA approaches are inferior to shuttle concept--wasting large amounts of money.
3.  Ceding control of space to China
4.  Shuttle scrapped for erroneous perceptions regarding cost, safety, and schedule ---covered by Bob Thompson's paper My Observations as First Shuttle Program Manager.
