BHO legislating from WH---He should be in JAIL for illegal actions against COAL

Obama reduced coal production by 50%
BHO cut coal production by 50 %. EPA implementing draconian rules against coal production since congress didn't pass cap & trade I.e., legislation by EPA.

This guy is destroying the USA in energy, space, medical care and on & on.
