Help Walker and Wisconsin

Dear Patriot,

After seeing establishment poster child Dick Lugar lose to conservative Richard Mourdock in Indiana's Senate primary this week, we've seen a rejuvenation of Tea Party momentum all across the country. And there's one race this primary season that will be a bellwether for conservatives in November: the June 5 Wisconsin recall election.

Gov. Scott Walker was saddled with a failing system, soaring deficits, and chronic overspending. Instead of passing blame or whining about his misfortune, he decided to buckle down and make the difficult choices necessary to improve the state of Wisconsin. By curbing the power of corrupt public employee unions, Gov. Walker gave state and local governments in Wisconsin the ability to address their budget crises and restore fiscal sanity to government.

And this is why he's facing a recall. The union thugs who benefited from the broken system have been put in their place. They no longer have the power they once did, and their ability to use taxpayer dollars as personal slush funds has been curbed. And they are angry!

This recall election in Wisconsin is going to set the tone for the November elections. If the corrupt unions are able to throw Walker out of office, they will be empowered to use their dirty tricks across the country to ensure that Barack Obama is re-elected and Harry Reid stays in power. We simply can't let this happen!
