The USA desperately needs the shuttle capability. By focusing on this terrible waste, you will do the country a great service. I know of no other major network program who has spoken out on the situation.
Cover The Case to Save the Shuttle section by section. Get Al Richardson on the program.
You are doing an excellent job covering various topics. The shuttle situation is a waste of unbelievable proportion. Glenn, kraft, Krantz, Armstrong, Crippen, Aldrin, Cernan plus hundreds of others feel we have made a big mistake.
One key point, the hardware, and facilities are STILL available. The program can be restarted.

If you read The Case to save the shuttle by al Richardson and many other articles on Keeptheshuttleflying.com, I think one concludes that the USA should continue to fly shuttle.
You can do whatever you need to do in space with the shuttle as the backbone of the program.
As many experts have said, retirement of shuttle was a big mistake.
Please do an in depth report on the shuttle retirement. It is a terrible waste.
